David Stanton, partner in Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP’s Litigation practice, leads the firm’s nationally recognized Information Law and Electronic Discovery group, oversees the nationwide Litigation Support department, and is a member of Pillsbury’s Privacy, Data Security & Information Use group. Mr. Stanton’s practice largely focuses upon emerging issues involving the intersection of law and technology, including information governance, e-discovery, cyber-risk, privacy, and incident response. He is a member of The Sedona Conference® working group on electronic document retention and production.
