Richard is the only barred attorney in the world that holds a combination of deeply technical industry certifications as a certified digital forensic expert, ethical hacker, and eDiscovery practitioner. Richard has helped dozens of clients with data-related issues such as remote rapid response digital investigations, insider threat mitigations and investigations, trade secret misappropriation, IP theft, and litigation response. Richard has a JD from Creighton University School of Law, and also holds the EnCE, EnCEP, and CEH technical certifications.
